Allied Universal in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Armed Security Guard - Part Time to provide reliable security services at a government veterans services location. The role offers fixed anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, with pay at $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include monitoring access, responding to incidents and emergencies, patrolling the site, and preparing clear incident reports.

Qualifications

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Background check required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and contractors following security procedures at the site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and other critical situations calmly and in line with site protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access and verify authorized entry per site requirements.
• Prepare clear incident reports using required reporting procedures.
