Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer. The role supports a variety of clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance and more, with a flexible schedule that lets you view and claim shifts via our exclusive platform.

You may be assigned to different site postings to gain broad experience. The position is part-time in Monaca, PA, offering weekly pay, paid training, uniforms and equipment provided, and clear pathways for career progression.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background investigation required; will comply with all laws.
• Drug screen required; no prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments.
• Ability to operate radio/telephone equipment and consoles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer-friendly.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions creating security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department when needed.
• Deter rule infractions and control access to property.
• Record observations and maintain logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Issue emergency notifications per site orders.
