Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve diverse clients across healthcare, education, finance, and more. You will use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts based on your availability, building a schedule that fits your life while gaining valuable site experience across industries.

Qualifications

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Valid driver's license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
Background check in accordance with laws; criminal histories considered.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
No prior experience required.
Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
Ability to operate radio/console monitors.
Effective written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions creating safety concerns or security hazards.
Sound alarms or notify police/fire department as needed.
Restrict entry of unauthorized persons and monitor entrances/exits.
Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs.
Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
