Job summary

Communities In Schools – Texas Joint Venture is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage day-to-day CIS program operations at the school site. You will work with principals, teachers, students, and families to connect students with community resources and services.

The role involves counseling, case management, data entry in CIS TMS, and collaboration with district staff to implement program design and workshops. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in education, social work, and/or working with at‑risk youth.
• Ability to interact with students, parents, school staff, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for identified students during the school day (and before/after school).
• Counsel students individually or in groups to meet needs and mobilize resources.
• Maintain student case files; prepare reports and ensure deadlines are met.
