Job summary

Communities In Schools of Kalamazoo is seeking a Site Coordinator to implement ISS in a high school. You will lead the CIS site team, supervise interns and volunteers, and work with school staff to deliver Tier I and II/III supports to students and families.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with two years’ experience for working with youth and families. Flexible hours, driving required, and pro-rated salary based on weeks worked.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a related field or experience.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum two years working with children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Leads CIS Site Team to ensure coordinated, student-centered service delivery.
• Monitors site operations plan with principal and site team.
• Supervises interns, volunteers, and providers; engages partners.
• Provides case management and connects students to community resources.
• Manages site data entry, evaluations, and required reports.
• Coordinates school-wide events and tracks attendance and outcomes.
