Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve a single student near Yakima, WA on a contract basis. The role offers a focused caseload with three 15‑minute sessions per month, totaling 45 minutes, ideal for flexible extra work while making a meaningful impact.

You will perform assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes. Collaboration with teachers, special education staff, and parents is essential to support the student’s IEP

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Washington State.
• Experience working in school-based settings with IEP documentation and student progress tracking.
• Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy practices.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in similar roles (school-based, pediatric, or healthcare PT) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the student's needs.
• Conduct three 15-minute therapy sessions per month directly with the student.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to promote mobility, function, and participation within the school environment.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the educational team for best student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful insights regarding student progress.
