Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a contract physical therapist for the 2026-2027 school year to support K-12 students district-wide. The position is full-time, onsite only, with a 37.5-hour workweek and a caseload of approximately 25–30 students.

You will evaluate students, develop PT treatment plans, provide direct services per IEPs, and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families in a supportive district environment. Benefits, housing, and meals may be provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington PT license or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
• WA OSPI fingerprint clearance or willingness to complete fingerprinting.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
• Onsite-only role for the full school year.
• Skilled in assessment, IEP development, and therapy planning for K-12.
• Adaptable to varied caseloads across multiple schools.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, staff, families.

Responsibilities

This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours per week) is available onsite only, serving a diverse K-12 population district-wide. Your expertise will impact caseloads of approximately 25-30 students, helping them achieve better outcomes in a supportive, collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Washington PT license, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one before start date
• WA OSPI fingerprint clearance, or willingness to complete the fingerprinting process
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to work exclusively onsite throughout the full school year (no virtual work)
• Skilled in assessment, IEP development, and therapy planning for students K-12
• Adaptability to work with varied caseloads across multiple schools
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
