Job summary

Hiatus Day Spa + Med Spa is seeking licensed estheticians to deliver luxury skincare services in our Texas locations. You’ll provide high-touch guest experiences, perform facials and peels, and educate guests on long-term skincare routines.

Join a fast-growing Texas brand with nine locations, generous commission, tips, and monthly bonuses. Competitive pay ranges from $22–$60 per hour, plus bonuses, with 14/hour guarantee when not in service for the first 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician License or Cosmetology License.
• 2 years minimum esthetician experience.
• Experience in a spa, luxury spa, or med spa environment preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial services, peels, and skincare treatments.
• Deliver luxury guest experience using Hiatus protocols and techniques.
• Educate guests on skincare and wellness routines.
• Retail product recommendations and home-care guidance.

What You'll Do

As aHiatus Esthetician, your role is to deliver exceptional skincare services while creating a welcoming, high-touch guest experience.

Esthetic Services

• Perform professionalfacials, peels, and skincare treatments
• Deliver consistent, results-driven services usingHiatus protocols and techniques
• Customize treatments based on each guest’s skin goals and needs
• Educate guests on long-term skincare and wellness routines

Guest Experience

• Provideluxury-level hospitality and customer service
• Help guests feel relaxed, comfortable, and cared for during every visit
• Build strong relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal members

Retail & Membership

• Recommend professionalskincare products and home-care routines
• Meet monthlyretail and performance goals
• Promote memberships, enhancements, and additional services
• Encourage guest referrals and repeat visits

Spa Environment

• Maintain aclean, organized, and serene treatment room
• Prepare the room for each guest and restock supplies
• Assist with spa upkeep including laundry and sanitization of copper foot basins

Requirements

• ActiveTexas Esthetician License or Cosmetology License
• 2 years minimum esthetician experience
• Experience in aspa, luxury spa, or med spa environment preferred

• Strong retail and client relationship skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
