Job summary

Acosta is seeking an Associate Business Manager in Missouri to support Kroger Fresh with contract, order, and administrative processes. The role requires balancing detailed execution with problem-solving across multiple priorities, working with Kroger, clients, and internal Acosta teams.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and email management.
• Experience with Excel for tracking, research, reconciliation, and data management.
• Familiarity with Kroger systems or related customer processes preferred.
• Knowledge of DemandTec or customer contract/promotion systems preferred.
• Ability to learn multiple internal, customer, and client proprietary systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage Kroger contract creation and maintenance, including work within DemandTec and other customer platforms.
• Complete customer forms, price changes, item maintenance, and other Kroger-facing documentation.
• Develop understanding of Kroger processes, systems, requirements, and timelines.
• Partner with Business Managers to support promotional planning and execution.
• Serve as day-to-day contact with Kroger Backhaul, client service teams, and internal partners.
• Coordinate truck scheduling and resolve late/delayed transport issues.
• Manage PO adjustments, order discrepancies, and pricing questions.
• Investigate deductions, gather documentation, and determine root causes.
