Job summary

Acosta is seeking an Associate Business Manager in Charlotte to support Kroger Fresh operations, handling contracts, orders, transportation and backhaul issues with a focus on root-cause analysis and proactive problem solving.

The role includes direct collaboration with Kroger, clients, and internal teams, providing dedicated administrative support and mastering client systems, EDI, and documentation while ensuring timely submissions and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage high email volume and multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with DemandTec or customer contract/promotion systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Kroger contract creation and maintenance, including work within DemandTec and other customer platforms.
• Complete customer forms, price changes, item maintenance, and other Kroger-facing documentation.
• Develop understanding of Kroger processes, systems, requirements, and timelines.
• Partner with Business Managers to support promotional planning and execution.
• Coordinate truck scheduling and resolve transportation issues.
• Manage PO adjustments, order discrepancies, and pricing questions.
• Provide dedicated administrative support for an assigned client and ensure timely submissions.
