Qualifications

• Experience with managing customer forms, pricing questions, and documentation
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and attention to detail
• Ability to learn multiple internal and client systems quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer-service oriented

Responsibilities

• Kroger contract creation/maintenance and related documentation.
• Serve as day-to-day contact with Kroger Backhaul, client teams, and internal partners.
• Coordinate transportation scheduling and resolve late/truck-related issues.
• Research deductions to determine validity and gather supporting docs.
• Provide dedicated administrative support for a client, including EDI support and record-keeping.
