Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of workers’ compensation claims experience or related claims experience.
• Thorough knowledge of legal principles and terminology.
• Proficient command of the English language in both oral and written format.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned claims in accordance with firm policies.
• Ensure daily clearance of case management software feeds.
• Document relevant activity in CMS properly.
