Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Assist with processing claims in accordance with Firm policies and procedures.
Ensure CMS feed is cleared daily.
Complete all tasks by deadlines.
Document activity in CMS properly.
Answer client, provider, and adjuster calls as needed.
Maintain and organize claim files.
Request and obtain medical records and bills, and follow up.
Review incoming mail, email, and faxes.
