Qualifications

• Associate's degree in paralegal studies or enrolled in JD program, or Bachelor's degree.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, research techniques and regulations.
• Excellent drafting, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic office equipment.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process litigation issues per firm policies and procedures.
• Ensure CMS feed is cleared daily and emails are organized.
• Complete tasks by deadlines and draft necessary legal documents.
• Gather evidence and support relevant legal arguments.
• Collaborate with attorney to achieve litigation goals.
• Attend meetings with attorney to review pending issues.
