Job summary

Lineage seeks a flexible warehouse supervisor to lead the warehouse team, oversee shipments, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing operations in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires at least 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience and WMS proficiency, with a schedule that may include Sundays and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F to 100°F in various storage settings with PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete jobs while tracking time and production records.
• Track and report to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, records control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
