Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is hiring a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick, pack, and deliver groceries and essentials at a DashMart location. Shifts are posted via the scheduling app, with a minimum of two shifts every month and one onboarding shift plus a 4‑hour on‑the‑job training within 14 days.

You’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse setting, maintain inventory and safety practices, and help ensure accurate substitutions for customers.

Qualifications

• You’re reliable, positive, and team‑oriented.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail‑oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleaning.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are approved when needed.
