DoorDash’s DashMart is hiring a Variable Schedule Operations Associate for a part-time role. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory and shelving, and keep the warehouse organized while ensuring substitutions are approved.

Onboarding includes initial training and a 4-hour on-the-job shift, with two shifts per month minimum. Shifts can open last minute; you’ll work at least one two-weekly shift, with a $2/hour premium for late-night hours and Flex shifts picked up on short notice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
