Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, operate our POS system, and assist with food preparation and service. You will help ensure clean, welcoming plazas and accurate transactions for travelers.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Good reading and comprehension of instructions and policies; able to converse with customers.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and punctual attendance with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and handle payments according to policies.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Complete kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements and company policies.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
