Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking a Team Member to join our full-time operations. You’ll deliver friendly customer service, handle transactions on the POS, and help maintain clean, inviting outlets across our travel plazas.

You’ll assist in food preparation and service, stock shelves, and support daily store operations while following brand standards and safety policies. Flexible scheduling includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food and assist with kitchen tasks.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products and maintain product knowledge.
