Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking a Team Member – Full Time to deliver exceptional customer service, handle transactions accurately, and maintain clean, stocked workstations across our travel plazas in Colorado. The role involves food preparation, serving, and adhering to food safety standards while engaging with travelers and promoting products.

The position requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for wage advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and accurate payment processing.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Prepare and serve quality food items and follow food safety procedures.
• Operate POS system and handle transactions per policies.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to travelers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
