Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to provide outstanding customer service, stock and clean facilities, and handle payment transactions at our Parker, Colorado location. You will prepare and serve food, ensure safety standards, and assist travelers with a friendly, efficient experience.

Ideal candidates can stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and customers.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments accurately.
• Follow food handling procedures: wrap, label, date, stock, store, rotate, and check temperatures.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks: prep, thaw, cook, package, wrap, and clean.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
