Job summary

Nordstrom Rack is hiring team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused role. You’ll help ensure a seamless shopping experience, assist with cashiering, stock, and fulfillment tasks, and maintain an organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to keep the salesfloor runway ready and merchandised throughout the day.
• Assist customers at the register across multiple platforms, including POS systems.
• Support fitting rooms by greeting customers and returning clothing to the floor.
• Maintain clean, clutter-free customer areas and organized stockrooms.
• Operate store technologies and adhere to operational, merchandise and asset-protection standards.
• Promote Nordstrom Rewards and other program initiatives.
