Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, and support operations across departments as needed to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, and participating in safety and loss-prevention efforts. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models customer experience practices with customers.
• Promotes and explains credit and loyalty programs.
• Rings purchases and returns accurately and handles cash per procedures.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares products for sale floor.
• Supports store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Participates in store safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Addresses customer needs and provides assistance as required.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
