Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior retail experience is a plus, and flexible hours help support store needs and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and engage with customers to enhance the shopping experience.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash/change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and labor policies; participate in safety initiatives.
