Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organizational standards of the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
