• Processes freight and assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handles cash, checks, and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintains and cleans designated areas as assigned.
• Provides customer service: greet, fit room policies, ring up, thank customers, invite return.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
