Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead clinical nutrition services in a long-term care setting. You will manage nutritional care plans, document in the EMR, and work closely with care teams to enhance resident outcomes.

The role involves education for residents, families, and staff, strict regulatory compliance, and potential coverage across multiple buildings. Monday–Friday schedules offer flexibility with patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Must hold a state license in good standing or be RD-eligible with provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers.
• If multi-site, a valid Driver's License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop/ document care plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition plans based on clinical data and weight trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
