The role requires RD credentials, state licensure in good standing, and ability to work within CMS/state regulations. Collaboration with healthcare teams is essential, with coverage across multiple buildings as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Dietitian credential required.

• Vaccination policy compliance as required by state/local/customer.

• Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
