Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents' nutrition needs, develop care plans, educate residents, families, and staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, adherence to CMS/state/federal regulations, and flexibility to cover multiple buildings as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license in good standing.
• Ability to educate residents, families and staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of nutrition care regulations preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutrition needs and document care plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure CMS/state/federal regulations compliance.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
