Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services in a long-term care setting. This role offers Monday–Friday schedules with flexibility and the chance to positively impact residents and the community.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and support patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is RD-eligible with active state licensure, strong organizational skills, and a

Qualifications

• RD registration with CDR and current state license
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff
• Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition regulations
• Ability to develop individualized care plans based on findings
• Vaccination policy compliance as required by state or customers
• Multi-site RD? valid driver's license if applicable (per location)

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident health
• Ensure CMS and state regulations and company standards compliance
• Provide coverage across buildings as needed
• All other duties as assigned
