Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join a growing team in Michigan. This permanent role offers a compensation range of $75,000.00 - $98,000.00/year and emphasizes clinical education and career development.

You will perform comprehensive OT evaluations, document findings, and develop treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, while coordinating with MD orders for evaluations and discharges.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and/or registered to apply.
• NBCOT OTR designation (state requirements as applicable).
• In-state OT license current and active.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms accurately and timely.
• Create treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatments and adjust modalities per clinical needs and precautions.
