Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Holtville, CA to exceed monthly sales quotas and drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories. You will follow company policies, complete required trainings, and maintain store standards in a full-time, in-person role.

The position requires 18+ years old, 4 days/30 hours weekly, and the ability to stand for long periods. Spanish is preferred for communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legally able to work in the United States.
• Availability for at least 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods and have reliable transportation.
• Spanish language preferred; in-person work at store locations.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and drive handset and plan sales.
• Follow policies and complete required training.
• Accurately complete sales paperwork and protect company assets.
• Open/close store with error-free checklists and communicate inventory issues.
• Safeguard all codes and passwords and adhere to cash-deposit procedures.
