Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our in-person team in Foley, AL. You will exceed monthly sales quotas, promote handsets, plans, features and accessories, and deliver high-quality service aligned with management benchmarks.

Responsibilities include following company policies, mastering key systems, recording time accurately, maintaining store appearance, and helping new hires. Sales experience preferred; Spanish is a plus; flexible, reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
