Job summary

Bars & Recreation is seeking a Crew Lead to help manage hospitality and facility operations across its Milwaukee-area venues. You will assist the Senior Operations Manager and other leaders, learn supervision styles, and perform all Crew Member responsibilities when needed.

The role emphasizes guest service excellence, training, and leadership growth within a fast-paced, multi-venue environment. The position requires staying flexible with shifts and tasks across activities and events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have at least 3 full years of experience in hospitality/service.
• Must have held a leadership/supervisory position.
• Preference for bartending experience.
• Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly leadership meetings.
• Maintain efficient operations and facility upkeep.
• Check-in reservations and manage events.
• Oversee training of new crew members.
