Responsibilities

• Maintains P&L authority over assigned location.
• Manages the reservation system, flow of service, scheduling, schedule adjustments, and attendance notices.
• Facilitates team briefings prior to all shifts and acts as a subject matter expert on menu items and guest information.
• Identifies talent, interviews, hires and on-boards new curators to build future leaders.
• Monitors work performance and provides coaching to improve performance.
• Motivates and inspires the team to achieve high performance and recognizes excellence.
• Handles guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring conduct is appropriate for guest view.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness per company standards and OSHA/local health codes; conducts inspections.
• Ensures equipment is maintained and safety standards are followed; trains staff in safety responses.
• Oversees POS cash handling and accountability in daily operations.
• Assists with marketing and promotional programs to boost restaurant sales.
• Writes schedules meeting financial needs while delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Approves payroll hours daily/weekly for restaurant personnel.
• Maintains positive relationship with Kitchen staff.
