Job summary

BelAir Cantina in Milwaukee, WI seeks an Hourly Supervisor to lead by example, ensure the bar closes smoothly, and oversee daily cleaning projects across shifts.

The role is non-exempt, 30+ hours per week, and requires a Milwaukee County Bartender's License along with strong guest service and leadership abilities. You will help manage inventory, plan events, and support a vibrant team environment.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership experience preferred.
• Bartending License required in Milwaukee County.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifics, guidelines, and training programs.
• Ensure guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly service.
• Assist GM/AGM with bar inventory and events planning.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment works properly.
• Present weekly schedules and monitor labor across shifts.
• Coordinate security and pre/post shift briefings.
