Job summary

Bars & Recreation in Milwaukee is seeking Crew Members who will serve as hospitality ambassadors across various venues, greeting guests, taking orders, bartending, and assisting with events. You will help deliver a memorable experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or food/beverage experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to train in safety and service standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old preferred; hospitality, food/beverage service, or retail experience.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Willing to complete Responsible Beverage Server Course online and provide proof.
• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Open and full availability on Saturdays; must work at least two shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through each venue's offerings.
• Take food and drink orders and deliver to guests.
• Bartend, mix cocktails, and upsell add-ons.
• Train guests in activities and ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; assist with events as needed.
