Job summary

21st Century Home Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist to provide skilled services for breathing, speaking and swallowing in Solano County.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders and educate patients as part of the care team. Enjoy flexible schedules, autonomy, mileage reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k matching, generous PTO and health benefits.

Qualifications

Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License.
Current BLS/CPR Certification.
Valid CA Driver's License.
Experience in home health care is highly preferred.
Experience with high acuity patients is a plus.
Experience with an interdisciplinary team is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions.
Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency disorders that affect communication.
Educate, advocate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
