Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the APTA/AMA committees and currently licensed in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician-prescribed physical therapy.
• Instruct patients and family in home programs.
• Write progress notes and reports to physicians.
• Participate in patient care conferences and care plan development.
• Assist physician with evaluating level of function and revising plan of care.
