4 YOUR PEACE OF MIND LLC in Hartford, CT is seeking a Home Health Aide / CNA to join our care team. An HHA or CNA certification is required, and duties include assisting clients with daily living tasks under RN supervision.

Candidates must be 18+, have at least one year of personal care experience, be fluent in English, and have reliable transportation. All caregivers complete orientation and competency assessments per CT state guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years old.
• Minimum one year of verifiable personal care experience (3 references required).
• Completion of HHA training or CNA certification, plus a competency evaluation.
• Physically able to perform duties (lifting, transfers, ambulation).
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.

Aufgaben

• Assigned to clients by an RN with care instructions prepared and updated as needed.
• Personal grooming and hygiene (bathing, shaving, oral care, dressing).
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and exercises.
• Nutrition support, including feeding and hydration.
• Toileting and elimination assistance.
• Light housekeeping necessary for client safety.
• Medication assistance (self-administered only) including: retrieving container, confirming prescription, reminding to take, observing self-administration.
• Other activities as taught and delegated by an RN per Connecticut law and agency policy.
