Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of personal care experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Training as a Home Health Aide with competency evaluation required.
• Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting and assisting ambulation.
• Mature behavior and understanding patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks per care plan.
• Provide personal care including grooming and hygiene.
• Assist clients with ambulation and exercises.
• Follow direction from the Administrator regarding client care.
