4 YOUR PEACE OF MIND LLC in Vernon, CT is seeking a Home Health Aide / CNA to assist clients with daily living tasks according to a care plan developed by an RN or Supervisor of Clinical Services. HHAs are supervised and scheduled by the office.

The role requires HHA training or CNA certification, fluency in English, and at least one year of verifiable personal care experience. A valid driver and reliable transportation are also needed.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Completion of HHA training or CNA certification, plus a competency evaluation.
• Minimum one year of verifiable personal care experience (3 references).
• Physically able to perform duties (lifting, transfers, ambulation).
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assigned to clients by an RN, with care instructions prepared and updated as needed.
• May perform duties within scope of training and state law, including personal grooming, mobility, feeding, toileting, and light housekeeping.
• Medication assistance (self-administered only) including retrieval, verification, reminders, and observing self‑administration.
• Other activities as taught and delegated by an RN per Connecticut law and agency policy.
