Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support receiving, shipping, and backroom maintenance while ensuring a high level of guest service. The role involves processing shipments, tagging merchandise, and coordinating with management on store needs.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, flexible schedule including weekends, and adherence to Buckle’s policies. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received and shipments.
• Prepare FedEx labels and package shipments to Guests or other stores.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and organize backroom.
• Help keep the store neat and organized and support floor projects as needed.
• Communicate policy violations to Store Manager or HR in a timely manner.
