Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Freight Coordinator to support the store’s operations and guest experience. You will receive and unpack daily shipments, ship merchandise, backroom maintainence, and keep areas neat and organized while upholding Buckle’s ethics and policies.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate paperwork, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts. No prior experience is required, and a 50 lb lift may be needed.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Prepare and send items via FedEx for alterations, layaways, or special orders.
• Ensure accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Confirm that transfers are processed through the register and match shipped items.
• Create FedEx labels and sort packages by shipping method.
• Maintain organization of supplies and backroom, and report policy violations to management.
