Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly customer service, process payments, and assist in food preparation at our travel plazas. You will stock and maintain cleanliness, ensure food safety, and support diverse duties to meet customer needs.

The role requires standing for extended periods, flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while engaging with travelers and customers.
• Operate the POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare, stock, and serve quality food and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment; assist in kitchen tasks as needed.
• Cross-sell and upsell products; maintain product knowledge across plaza offerings.
• Adhere to brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
