Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service at our travel plazas. You will thoroughly clean and stock, process payments accurately, and assist in preparing and serving quality food for travelers.

Essential duties include adhering to cash handling policies, following food safety standards, and maintaining product knowledge while supporting additional tasks as needed. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and friendly interactions with travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Clean, stock, label, date, and rotate products; ensure food safety and proper handling.
• Assist with prep, packaging, and other kitchen-related tasks as needed.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment; cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain product knowledge and adhere to brand standards and policies.
