Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to greet guests, residents, and staff, manage calls, take messages, and provide general information. The role supports dining and move-in/out processes and requires a polite, organized front desk presence.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service, a high school diploma or GED preferred, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with professional communication. Full-time position with benefits is offered at ISL facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years customer service experience and/or training.
• Experience at front desk or receptionist duties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone calls and greets visitors.
• Takes messages and communicates to the right person.
• Gives directions and information to residents and guests.
• Prepares meal tickets and tallies meal counts for staff.
• Updates lists, rosters, and sign-in logs daily.
• Schedules appointments for residents and families.
• Keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Distributes mail to residents and staff.
• Maintains resident forms for credits.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
