Job summary

ComForCare in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate clinician schedules for clients and field staff. You will handle phone calls, document messages, and maintain confidential communications between families, care teams, and healthcare professionals.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation and pays $19.00 to $24.00 per hour. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, PTO, 401(k) with matching, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Background in Home Health, Caregiving, or Office Management.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Preferred: CNA certification, or prior experience in scheduling, staffing, or hiring.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling: Coordinate clinician schedules for clients and field employees.
• Communication & Intake: Manage incoming phone calls, accurately document messages, and maintain confidential communications between families, care teams, and healthcare professionals.
• Administrative Support: Fax documents, assist with filing, copying, and preparing client and new-hire packets.
• On-Call Support: Participate in shared on-call responsibilities as part of the office rotation.
• General Operations: Assist with additional office tasks and other duties as assigned including recruitment.
