• Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Preferred: prior restaurant or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and attentiveness.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other duties as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Shows up for every scheduled shift with reliable attendance.
