Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Preferred: restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service and build relationships.
• Hand-craft beverages to Caribou standards.
• Take orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain the look and feel of a well-run store with cleanliness and organization.
• Assist team as needed and take direction from leaders.
